The main target for showing the Child s Culture Festival on the second month of every year is that the concerned parties shall succeed in the development of the children to meet in a real ground to execute the projects and programmes which serve the children of the country, and to dedicate their developments and detours in favour of the development process and the human beings in order to provide and develop the children s services until this festival became not only an annual formal occasion, but a chance which enables the centres, establishments, corporations and societies to concentrate their activities and examine them in the field of child s development. In the same time the interest and work in the fields of child s development expanded by adopting many of the permanent activities that serve the children in the fields of children s libraries, children s centres and clubs and the children s gardens which expanded the youth experiences in the different fields of: painting, music, art and the different skills of writing and language.

The roots of the Child s Culture Festival topics started since 1985 and the children s participation increased in different fields until it became permanent and continuous and renew from time to time in different occasions to ensure the amalgamation of the children in the society in order to achieve the symbol of "Child First" which the festival is taking as strategical aim.
