Strengthening the different kinds of postal relations between the Arab Gulf Countries. the General Postal Authority will organise the 1^st G.C.C. Countries Joint Postal Stamp Exhibition at the Cultural Foundation in Abu Dhabi during the period from April 11 to 17 , 1995.

This event is considered as an opportunity for the participating countries to support the artistical and informative values of the postage stamps, encourage the stamp collecting hobby and to increase the cooperation of postal services among the G.C.C. countries.

The exhibition will also provide an opportunity to the stamp collectors from the G.C.C. countries to exchange their different ideas and experience, and the new and modem technology and procedures used in this field which will help in the promotion and development of the cultural and artistical abilities.
