The Abu Dhabi International Triathlon, which is run in three courses, attracts some of the world’s best Triathlon competitors and champions form around 50 countries each year.

The Abu Dhabi International Triathlon, organized by Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority, is divided in to three courses:

The long or basic course: 223 km flagship distance, which is 3 km continues swimming, 200 km of cycling and 20 km of running.

The short course: This is half of the long course distance, which consists 1.5km of swimming, 100km of cycling, 10 km of running.

The fast course: 750 meters of swimming, 50 km of cycling, and 5 km of running.
