The Ministry of Communications, General Postal Office Department, United Arab Emirates is pleased to announce- that it proposes to issue a definitive range of postage stamps for the United Arab Emirates. The date of release of this first issue will be 1^st January 1973. As there is to be a change of currency, early in 1973 the postage stamps bear the new currency that is Fils & Dirhams.
